For my first London fashion week I had the pleasure of representing Isabelle Fox. I selected a number of her new season pieces to wear throughout the four days and with a handful of events to attend I was brimming to see what really happened during London Fashion Week.

On this day I organised all of the events to be within walking distance of one another, bar one, making it more achievable to see more. I really tried to soak up as much as I could and squeeze in as much as possible.

The buzz and excitement cast over London Fashion week is such fun. It was all a bit of a whirlwind, racing from one thing to another. It's so inspiring and uplifting seeing all the new trends and the buzz it creates around the media. Having only been in the industry for six months it was also such a nice time to meet some fellow bloggers, something I haven't yet had the chance to do a lot and would like to do more often.

It’s a tricky time for fashion during fashion week because everyone wants to bring out their new season pieces, be it Summer in February or Winter in September. But realistically it's not the right season to be wearing what's on the catwalk. Summer dresses in the depth of the UK winter or coats and boots in September when its still very much warm out doesn't quite match up.

But this tailored two piece really is a all year rounder. I have come to realise that no matter how old I get I will always love something with a bow on it. The Peplum top with the satin bows on the shoulder gave a soft ladylike edge to a contemporary structured design.

I think I liked that it feels like a feminine take on a suit, you can dress it up with heels and a smart coat or jacket or wear the pieces separately with more casual items. Mix and match pieces are perfect for any wardrobe and I always find I get so much more wear out of them. Plus the trouser are unbelievably comfortable, enough so that after I go home from this long day for once I wasn't desperate to climb straight into my pyjamas.

I had thought I would take a lot more photographs of the events themselves but I was so caught up enjoying the moment I have to admit I didn't get as many as I had hoped. Needless to say I enjoyed myself very much and can now realise what all the fuss is about.
