London has only slowed, but for the capital, that’s basically going backwards. We have changed our search area and criteria more times than I can count and after looking for 10 months we have actually only viewed a handful of properties. We have put two offers in which were considerably over asking price and both got outbid. We are still considering buying in London, however we have given ourselves a timeline to buy within and if we still don't find anything here we will buy in the West Country. Something we could keep as a rental so we can get onto the property ladder while still renting in London.
